Well-being is feeling good about ourselves and the way our lives are going. We experience well-being when we are

  • physically and mentally well,
  • connected spiritually
  • feel that we are living with purpose.

When we are experiencing well-being, positive relationships with others may flow, providing a sense of control over our life.

Well-being can be different to all of us it is influenced by our culture, heritage and values.  During life our well-being can change, experiencing periods of high well-being and times when our we feel our well-being is challenged.

It is in these times of challenge that talking things through with someone who is independent can assist you in regaining your feelings of wellness.
